Online Book of Solidarity with Ukraine

Closed 4 Apr 2022

Opened 4 Mar 2022

Overview

Cheltenham is showing its solidarity with the people of Ukraine, following the Russian invasion.

We are inviting members of the public to leave messages of support to the people of Ukraine in this online book of solidarity.

Why your views matter

The book will be open for two weeks and a selection of messages from the people of Cheltenham to the people of Ukraine will be read during a meeting of full council on 21 March.

We will also bring messages together and publish these on our website for everyone to see - you will be given the option to keep your message private.

The messages will be sent to the Ukrainian ambassador, together with a letter of support from Mayor of Cheltenham, Cllr Steve Harvey.

We will keep any personal data you supply secure in-line with the council's privacy policy
