#Our Future Sign up Autumn Term

Closed 1 Nov 2021

Opened 3 Sep 2021

Overview

This Autumn No Child Left Behind is launching #OurFuture.  A project that will enable children and young people to have their views heard by decision makers in our Town.

Every school term new topics for consultation will be developed so that children and young people can give their views.

The topics for the Autumn term 2021 are:

1) Climate Change - What do you think Cheltenham should do to reach its target of being carbon neutral by 2030 as part of our CheltenhamZero campaign?

2) Priorities for Cheltenham - If I was in charge of Cheltenham I would ......

To sign up your class, whole school, school council or youth organisation please complete this online survey.

Why your views matter

No Child Left Behind believes that it is really important that children and young people are involved in the decisions that impact their lives. However as we begin to recover from Covid-19 it is more important than ever for children and young people to feel engaged in their community.

We want children and young people to feel that their views matter and they can make changes in the world around them.

Children and young people's enthusiasm, innovation and creativity will help Cheltenham become and even better place to live in.

What happens next

All the schools and organisations who sign up will be sent a link to the actual consultation/s as soon as the sign up has been processed.  If you requested any support with the consultations we will also contact you at the same time to discuss requirements.
