2022 Resident Satisfaction Survey

Closed 5 Oct 2022

Opened 20 Sep 2022

Overview

Cheltenham Borough Council is seeking the views of its residents on a range of topics to help refresh its Corporate Plan. This survey is your opportunity to provide your opinion on local issues such as your local area, the Council and its services, environmental issues and the development of Cheltenham.

Taking part in the survey will take around 12 minutes. Taking part is voluntary, but your feedback is really valuable.

Why your views matter

We want to hear the views of everyone over the age of 16 who lives in Cheltenham and from as many people in your household as possible. Please answer the questions based on your own views and experiences, and encourage other people you live with or know in Cheltenham to take part. Please note that we are also conducting a survey with a representative sample of Cheltenham residents. If you have taken part in this survey either by telephone or by speaking to an interviewer in Cheltenham town centre, please do not complete this survey.

What happens next

Cheltenham Borough Council has asked an independent organisation, Enventure Research, to collect survey responses so that your individual response stays confidential. The Council will receive a report on the aggregated survey findings and anonymised data from the survey.
